JUST-IN: UNIABUJA ALUMNI ELCOM BEGINS ONLINE ACCREDITATION OF VOTERS, SET TO HOLD ELECTION BY DECEMBER

In lieu of the resolutions reached at the Meeting held with the Ag. Vice Chancellor and representatives of the Security Agencies on November 8, 2024. The Electoral Committee in pursuance of its mandate has received the security and logistical assurances to conclude the Electoral process for the Alumni National Election.

Consequently, the Electoral Committee aware of the written commitment of the Aspirants, decides as follows:

1. That in the spirit of the Constitutional democracy and fairness to the majority of the congress members, the mode of the Election is Hybrid {Online and Physical}

2. The Members Register will be displayed across all Platforms from today Wednesday November 13, 2024 to December 6, 2024 for sighting/correction and updates.

3. The final corrected Register will go Public again until December 9, 2024

4. All Eligible Graduates of the University are urged to cross check the Register for corrections and or update of their Membership registration.

 

5. Members whose names are not found on the Register, are advice to use the Google Form herein attached to update their Membership within the window period.

5. Upon the completion of the registration/update, the screening of Candidates will commence on December 18, 2024. & Elections thereabout.
