ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia—In a significant development for the African continent, Mahamoud Ali Youssouf, Djibouti's Foreign Affairs Minister, has emerged victorious in the Round Three of the AUC Chairperson election, proceeds to the next round with Raila Odinga at the ongoing 2025 Africa Union summit.
