Historic Visit: All African Students Union Government President Meets with University of Abuja Student Leaders

In a landmark visit, His Excellency Comrade Osike Osisiogu, President of the All African Students Union Government, met with the Student Union Government of the University of Abuja. The meeting, which took place today, aimed to strengthen ties between the All African Students Union Government and the student body of the University of Abuja.

During the visit, President Osisiogu extended an invitation to the students of the University of Abuja to attend a major event hosted by Reverend Doctor Chris Oyakilome, Grand Patron of the All African Continent Students Union Government. The event, scheduled to take place from March 21st to 23rd, 2025, at the National Stadium in Abuja, promises to be a historic gathering of students from across Africa.

President Osisiogu assured the students that logistics would not be a problem, as major provisions would be made to ensure their participation. He emphasized that the event is a unique opportunity for students to come together and celebrate African culture and heritage.

Also, the representative of the Loveworld Nation, Pastor Chuks also assured the students of a scholarship incentives coming for the students which is going to be beneficial for all students regardless of their denomination. 

The Student Union Government of the University of Abuja, commended President Osisiogu for his visit and pledged their support for the upcoming event. The meeting was attended by various student leaders, including the Director of Information, Director of Welfare, and other executive members and parliamentary members.

In a show of commitment, Honourable Ifesinachi Donald Udoka, SUG Chairman of Inter-faculty Affairs, made a promise to President Osisiogu that the University of Abuja would be fully represented at the event. Drawing inspiration from biblical history, Honourable Udoka assured President Osisiogu that just as Caleb and Joshua gave a positive feedback to Moses, he was giving a positive feedback that the University of Abuja would be "all packed out" for the event.

This historic visit marks a significant moment in the relationship between the All African Students Union Government and the University of Abuja. As the countdown to the major event begins, students from the University of Abuja are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to come together and celebrate African excellence.
