Zuba, Nigeria – In a landmark visit to the Students Union Government (SUG) and National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) stakeholders at the College of Education Zuba, a distinguished lineup of speakers rallied students for the upcoming Higher Life Conference, set to feature the globally celebrated Pastor Chris Oyakilome. The event, held at the vibrant 50/50 Garden in Zuba, drew students in their numbers, eager to hear about the transformative opportunity awaiting them.
The visit served as a platform to galvanize support for the Higher Life Conference, scheduled for March 21st to 23rd, 2025, at the National Stadium in Abuja. The convener, His Excellency Comrade Osike Osisiogu emphasized the event’s potential to inspire, heal, and uplift attendees, urging students not to miss out on what many described as a "lifetime opportunity."
Esteemed Pastor Chuks, a prominent Christ Embassy ambassador, set the tone with an impassioned address. "The Higher Life Conference will be a life-transformational event," he declared, "as our man of God, Pastor Chris, is coming to the land again." His words sparked enthusiasm among the students, who were encouraged to prepare for a spiritual and personal awakening.
Adding depth to the occasion, His Excellency Osisiogu Osike, President of the All African Students Union (AASU), shared a compelling historical perspective. He recounted the profound impact of Pastor Chris’s visit to Abuja 19 years ago, noting, "What happened then was unforgettable, and this visit is sure to be another lifetime opportunity for all." His Excellency’s narrative underscored the rarity of the event, urging students to seize the moment.
Esteemed Pastor Emmanuel brought a message of intentionality and unity. "There is a blessing for everyone," he assured the crowd, charging students to be deliberate in their participation. He also called on them to "gather all students of the school" for the conference, envisioning a collective experience that would benefit the entire College of Education Zuba community.
One of the most stirring moments came from Esteemed Hon. Ifesinachi Donald Udoka, Chairman of Inter-faculty Affairs at the University of Abuja Students Union Government. He shared a powerful testimony from his experience hosting the Healing Streams Live Healing Services with Pastor Chris at Lucas Hospital in Madalla, a location not far from Zuba. "There was a kid named Joy, on oxygen, with her mom by her side," he recalled. "God healed her just by watching the service." Linking this miracle to the upcoming event, he added, "And yet this time around, the man of God comes to our doorstep with healing at the Abuja stadium. Everyone should cheer up as we await this lifetime moment."
The NANS stakeholders capped the event with a pledge of unwavering support for Pastor Chris, announcing their intent to make March 21st a memorable day for students across the region. Their commitment highlighted the broad coalition backing the conference, amplifying its significance.
With promises of transformation, blessings, and miraculous healings, the Higher Life Conference is poised to be a defining moment for students at the College of Education Zuba and beyond. The speakers’ collective message was clear: this is an event not to be missed. As anticipation builds, students are encouraged to rally their peers and prepare for an extraordinary experience at the National Stadium in Abuja from March 21st to 23rd, 2025.
