NUESA EXECUTIVE HOLDS STRATEGIC MEETINGS WITH CGF AND DEPARTMENT PRESIDENTS.

Yesterday the 30th of October 2025, history was made at the Faculty of Education. The NUESA Executive held a meeting with the Faculty's Class Governors Forum (CGF). The NUESA President, Deputy Daddy who presided over the meeting in his open remarks, emphasized the important role of Class Governors, he commended their efforts and dedication to service. 

The president stated " I sincerely appreciate you all for making it to this meeting and I must commend you all for your dedication to service. You play a very important role in the academic journey of your colleagues. We called for this meeting with you because we can't do this alone and the fact that you are closest to the students, makes our collaboration and bond with you very necessary" .

The meeting provided an avenue for open discussion, suggestions, recommendations and sharing of ideas. 

The Vice Chairman of the Forum Comr. John Onoja (Mr Strategist) who represented the Chairman, Comr. Danlami Alhassan Mohammed who was unavoidably absent appreciated the president for coming up with such great idea in the early days of the administration. 

Thereafter this meeting, another meeting commenced , this time the NUESA Executive and Departments Presidents. Much was discussed in this meeting and idea were shared. Leaders were charged to fully prepare to welcom the newly admitted students into their departments in a honorable way. 

Certain projects were agreed on in this meeting including Students Relaxation Center center and additional toilets that the Faculty in collaboration with the Departments will execute this session. The Departmental Heads assured the president of their commitment in collaborating for more projects.

At the end of the meeting, the three bodies embarked on an inspection tour on the ongoing projects in the Faculty. 

Leaders were filled with pride and excitement upon seeing the great strides of the Executive.

Leaders testified that the Faculty of Education is beginning to take shape and reclaim her glory as the best, number one and mother Faculty.
