NUESA EXCLUSIVE: FOUR STAFFS RECEIVES THE MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARD

Four staffs of the faculty of education are receiving recognition in this year’s University of Abuja Meritorious Service Award, considered the most prestigious award for both academic and non-academic staff of our university.
This award,honors individual academic and non academic staff who have supported the mission, program, and vision of the university in an outstanding manner and possess the highest standards of integrity and character to positively reflect and enhance the reputation of the University of Abuja.
The grand commander of the over 5000 Nuesa students,Comr. Joshua Watra (Josh 001) who was today among the many staff and students who joined to celebrate these outstanding members of the Mother Faculty staffs that received the University of Abuja staff Meritorious Service Award,today the 22nd of December, 2023,sends his Congratulatory messages to the awarded individuals.
“Staffs are unsung heroes — working to better the lives of students across mother faculty,” the president, Comr. Josh said. “They do everything from making sure you get your best form of education available, to helping you upload your results as at when due, to keeping us all safe at Nuesa with the democratic policies that accommodate the students. They get things done with grace and skill and, first and foremost to serve the students of Nuesa.”
Like every year, the winners hail from a wide array of Faculties and many different discipline, this year's award went to 2 Academic staff and 2 non Academic staff of the faculty, these include;- Professor Binta lbrahim Zaifada (HOD Admin and planning department), Prof. Hosea Apeh (HOD Educational foundation ) Mrs. Catherine (The Dean's Secretary) and Mrs. Helen (Admin and planning HOD's Secretary).
These staff have been awarded not only because they achieve the objectives and engage in the activities included in their job descriptions but because they excel beyond expectations.
