This shows how Russia's leaders have a history of being really paranoid and controlling. They even punished people for doing their jobs.

That when Joseph Stalin's guards found him unconscious, they were too scared to call for help without his permission. It's like they were afraid he'd get mad at them for asking for help. So, sometimes people like Stalin say things that reveal more about them than they realize.

46 years after, Stalin was on his deathbed. But his personal doctor couldn't help him because he was locked up and tortured for suggesting that Stalin needed some rest.This is also how a few Nuesans now feel paranoid of their fellow.
