Sinking to their knees, arms draped over each other's shoulders, the Elephant's of Ivory Coast began to plead with their fans and fellow Ivorians after securing Ivory Coast a place at the 2006 World Cup.
Talisman Drogba addressed the nation and helped bring peace to her country at war..This is what great men use their achievements to bring to their nation and not war and cyberbullying just to impress. Let's not forget the saying, "Pride goes before a fall."
The 2022/2023 SUG/SRA election in the faculty of Law isn't different from what Barrack Obama defines it,"an intramural scrimmage." For those of you who are not familiar with sports jargon, the term 'intramural scrimmage' usually refers to a practice session or game between two units of the same team. So before playing an opponent, a team divides itself into offensive and defensive units and then plays a game to get ready and often just to have some fun.
They are no permanent enemies in politics nor friends,it's just a game of interests, and we all must learn to let go.
Yes,I played mediation role in the election, and sincerely,I solemnly affirm that all my testimonies are the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
I fell in love with Prince Ezeabata's personality at the National Anti Corruption Vanguard Tertiary institution launch,June 2023 at the ICPC headquarters, where he represented the University of Abuja and brought the second place to our University.
Necessity was led on me to assist him when he declared an ambition to become the SUG president instead of just member SUG/SRA of Law. THIS WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE PROBLEM.
Yes,I was actively in good terms with Comr. Kaffo, online and I did reach out to him during the petitions and the political crinkum-cankum,and thus,I was baffled to know that some protocols were undermined by Prince Ezeabata, my Ally.
Immediately, I reached out to Prince and asked that he made peace at home, citing the America decide of 1992 when a sitting president George Bush who was busy with foreign policies was won by "the come back kid" Bill Clinton.
Our people would always say,"na person wey dey close to you dey hear your mouth odour". I was very close to the polls, and I'll attest that neither Comr. Kaffo nor Sen. Nkem Silas (Ool. Col.) influenced the result,Prince Ezeabata couldn't win because protocols were not observed, and the steady WhatsApp status war was really another draining factor.
Yes,our people say,"Person wey first you start cook with pot go always get plenty broken pots, pass you".
Prince Ezeabata is very good,he is intellectually blessed by God and Sen. Nkem Silas and Comr. Kaffo are likewise blessed with leadership and political traits you wouldn't doubt their presence will soon be felt in Nigeria politics too,the faculty of Law already have a political foundation led by some protocols that was undermined and so my Ally, lost the seat to the popular men.
Now,the elections are over, and we better "move on" like Eric Donaldson would always advise.
It's high time, you all stop the hate and the blog war,and start using your gifts to bring peace like Talisman Drogba to our university community. No man is born greater than the other person.
Sen. Nkem Silas (Ool. Col)
Prince Ezeabata Chibuzor and
Comr. Kaffo Emmanuel are all great men, and they are all my brothers....Let Love Lead.
