BREAKING: His Majesty,Igwe Ojihenwata of UofA calls for government and philanthropists intervention to curb the hunger in school.

His Majesty, Igwe Ojiihenwata 1 of UofA, Mark Friday Ewa, the Igwe in council of the ỌHAN'EZE NDỊ-IGBO, Uniabuja chapter, has called the for presence of more government establishments and Ndi-Igbo philanthropists and humanitarians domain to move the Ọhaneze Ndi-Igbo students community forward.

The Igwe made the call while receiving the Nuesa press correspondence earlier today at His Palace.

He also implored the Palliative Committee of the FCT to judiciously share palliative for the residents of the federal capital and not deprive students of such, knowing that the students contribute to the economic development of the state and nation at large.

Recall,that the Federal Government has earlier rolled out 5bn palliative to all States with the inclusion of FCT to curb the hunger and the aftermath of the fuel subsidy removal. 

"It is important we note that the current state of the nation is not flexible and the citizens are currently finding a means of survival in this economic disintegration and as such, the palliatives rolled out by the government should be judiciously shared accordingly and to the right people."

"I want to use this opportunity to urge the palliative committee in FCT to prioritise the interest of UofA students in the distribution of palliatives meant for the students’ community.

While assuring ỌHAN'EZE NDỊ-IGBO varsity students in UofA of its commitment to protecting their interests, the Igwe also reiterates his commitment towards achieving a better experience for all her students.

"I shall strive to follow the inspiring example I have been set in upholding constitutional government and to seek the peace, harmony and prosperity of ỌHAN'EZE NDỊ-IGBO.



In this purpose, I also call upon all ỌHAN'EZE NDỊ-IGBO leaders in FCT and it's environs,all market leaders and philanthropists to come to the aid of the Igbo students.
