NOTICE OF 2024/2025 SALES OF FORMS FOR POST BASIC NURSING AND BASIC MIDWIFERY PROGRAMME

Applications are invited from suitable/qualified Basic Midwifery and Post Basic Nursing candidates.

*NOTE:* REGISTRATION STARTS ON *13TH JANUARY, 2025* AND CLOSES ON *26TH JANUARY, 2025*

*PROGRAME DURATION FOR BASIC MIDWIFERY:* Three (3) years.

*PROGRAME DURATION FOR POST BASIC NURSING:* Eighteen (18) months.

*REQUIREMENT:*

1. Basic Midwifery candidate must be at least *17 years or above.*

2. Post Basic Nursing Candidates: Must be registered Midwives with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

3. Minimum of 5-credit O-level (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in not more than two sittings. This applies to Basic Midwifery and Post Basic Nursing candidates.

4. O-Level Certificate Combination: WAEC-WAEC, WAEC-NECO, NECO-NECO and NABTEB-NABTEB. This applies to Basic Midwifery and Post Basic Nursing candidates.

*METHOD OF APPLICATION:*

*Step 1:* Visit https://consap.fcthhss.abj.gov.ng

*Step 2:* Click on "Click here to register"

*Step 3:* Ensure you read and accept the terms and conditions of the application.

*Step 4:* Provide the necessary information on User Registration Form, then Click on Proceed.

*Step 5:* After completing step 4, the Application Number and Remita Retrieval Reference Code (RRR) will be generated. The user will be directed to complete payment via Remita on the application portal.

*Step 6:* Ensure you save the application number displayed on the screen

*Step 7:* After Completing Step 6, use the application number generated and the phone number to login to the portal https://consap.fcthhss.abj.gov.ng

*Step 8:* Provide all the necessary information required and print the examination slip which contains your exam date and time. 

1. Basic Midwifery Candidates are to Pay Non-refundable Fee of N5,200 Naira (5,000 Naira for Application Fee and 200 Naira for FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee) via the application portal and Post Basic Nursing candidates are to pay non-refundable fee of N5,200 (5,000 Naira for application form and 200 Naira for FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee) via the application portal. 

2. Print Your Registration Slip: Ensure you print your registration slip, as it will be a mandatory requirement during your visit to the school for the screening test.

Method of Screening: Computer Based Test (CBT);

- Screening subjects for Basic Midwifery: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Current Affairs.

- Screening subjects for Post Basic Nursing: Professional, English, Biology & Current Affairs

EXAMINATION: Screening test will commence on the 3rd February, 2025 and end on 6th February, 2025. Candidates should endeavor to print the registration slip which carries their examination Date and Time.

Note that any falsification of information will lead to disqualification of application, thus, ensure that the information provided are correct and true.
