Abuja, Nigeria - The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) convention is currently underway at the Old Parade Ground in Abuja. Delegates from the 36 states of the federation have gathered to elect a new leadership for the student body.
As the convention heats up, lobbying and endorsements are in full swing. According to sources, Comrade Olusola Oladoja, also known as OLADOJA, has emerged as a strong contender for the presidency. Delegates are being urged to support OLADOJA, who is described as capable, accountable, and a champion of students' welfare.
In addition, Comrade Anzanku Shedrack Ovie has been endorsed as the ideal candidate for the position of Secretary-General. Delegates are encouraged to vote for SHEDRACK, who is said to possess the qualities necessary to drive positive change in the student community.
The University of Abuja, also known as the "Land of Giants and Saints of Aso Rock," has thrown its weight behind Oladoja and Ovie, urging all delegates to follow suit and support these candidates.
As the convention reaches its climax, all eyes are on the delegates to make their voices heard and elect leaders who will truly represent the interests of Nigerian students.
