*PROJECT REPORT: WATER SUPPLY AND STORAGE, AT FACULTY OF EDUCATION*

11th October 2025

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Water Supply and Storage Project, undertaken by the 2025/2026 administration which was led by The Faculty president, "Deputy Daddy". This project was initiated to address the longstanding issue of inadequate water supply in the faculty, and we are thrilled to report that it has been completed successfully.

*PROJECT OBJECTIVES:*

The primary objectives of this project were to:

1. Overhaul the existing pumping machine to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

2. Install an overhead tank to enhance water storage capacity.

3. Refurbish the entire water supply system to prevent future breakdowns.

*PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS:*

1. *Pumping Machine Overhaul*: Our team successfully dug out the existing pumping machine, performed necessary repairs, and refixed it to ensure optimal functionality. This will significantly improve the water pressure and flow rate in the faculty.

2. *Overhead Tank Installation*: An overhead tank was mounted and connected to the existing water supply system. This will not only enhance water storage capacity but also provide a steady supply of water during periods of low water pressure.

3. *System Refurbishment*: The entire water supply system was refurbished, including pipes, valves, and fittings, to prevent future breakdowns and ensure sustainability.

Water restored

The successful completion of this project will have a significant impact on the learning and working environment within the faculty. The reliable water supply will benefit students, staff, and other members, enhancing overall productivity and well-being.

We plan to continue monitoring the project's progress and exploring ways to further improve the faculty's infrastructure. Your feedback and suggestions are invaluable in helping us identify areas for improvement and plan for future projects.
