NUESA Lashes hot on Faculty of Social Sciences in friendlys ahead of competition

Ballers in action.

Few weeks after hosting the Pre-NUGA games at the University of Abuja, faculties and departments have resumed full sporting activities on the main campus Sport Arena.

Welcoming footballers back to the pitch is the friendly matches ahead of the 200l inter-faculty football competition.

This morning, in a show of capacity, power, excellence and an ever-ready-spirit, the NUESA team lashed hot on the Faculty of Social Sciences with a 4:3 win with Adebayo claiming a hatric and granting an assist to Baby Lulu (Mr NUESA 2025) who topped the goals to 4.

Adebayo clinged the Medal of highest goal scorer in the last competition and it's already looking like he is coming back hotter this time.

Joejoe, NUESA Director of Sports, has reiterated the team's readiness to harass any opponent with multiple of goals to secure the cup. He added that he is confident in the boys and that the team welcomed new players who featured in their debut today.

The team is ready for the Day one of this session's competition which is tomorrow at 10:00am where NUESA will be facing the defending champions, Faculty of Environmental Science. The Director of Sports calls on all NUESITES to support the team in all ways possible, promising that the team won't disappoint.
